How soon must I cancel my appoinment?


You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.




Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?


No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.




Do you wash windows?


Yes, we do! However, this service is not included in our standard residential cleaning package but it can be added on to it for an additional fee.




If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?


Yes there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.

Payments Accepted

  • Online Credit card payments: subject to a 3.5% processing fee which will be manually added to each transaction.

  • Online Bank transfers: you must confirm with your bank if you'd be subject to any fees.

  • Check payments: normal payment, not subject to any fees. Must be mailed out and made payable to VM Drainage and Erosion Solutions LLC, only.
